ABOUT US

Archcom s.r.o. has been operating on the Czech construction market since 2009. We focus on architecture and design of buildings in the BIM methodology, which we combine with reporting and CAFM.

We take care of our clients in all stages of project documentation and building permitting. Our advantage is the use of integrated BIM5D in budgeting and pricing models. We offer our clients a comprehensive service throughout the project preparation and subsequent processing of digital documentation of the actual construction (as-built), i.e. preparation for the introduction of BIM7D/CAFM.

We design buildings and technological units in the BIM methodology, which allows us to provide data on the project price level throughout the entire construction preparation. We consistently apply Lean Design principles and use selected AI elements in our work in a digital environment. We are a design office where total construction costs are tracked from the start of works and we have supported this service by integrating BIM5D into the documentation.

We share your ideas and turn them into a concrete assignment of a construction project until its realization. We prepare constructions that are sustainable both in terms of civil engineering and finance. We work with Autodesk© Revit software. The BIM5D methodology shares the results of the creative work of all construction participants in real time and with the necessary outputs for coordination and online presentation.

Designing buildings is one of those creative feats where a lot of stakeholders are involved and coordination of the whole team is so crucial. BIM software enables us to meet such challenges without losing perspective in creating unique architecture.
CREATIVITY
Teamwork plays a key role in transforming paper designs into concrete, technically feasible projects that are then verified through actual design construction. We address digital team collaboration on a single virtual project using BIM and LEAN DESIGN methodologies.
COOPERATION
Our office will never be a factory for unified projects. We believe that every project is unique and we apply an informed and shared approach from the very beginning of our cooperation. Providing complete project data is our mission.

The number of successfully completed buildings according to the designer's design is a measure of the quality of their outputs. The formal quality of our work has been verified by a number of completed buildings, the informal quality of our designs in the principle of "VALUE FOR MONEY" has been recognized by our clients. We try to keep our design team multi-generational. Thanks to the internal collaboration of the teams in LEAN DESIGN and the designers' work in the BIM environment, it is possible to share professional experience online. We strive to apply the principles of successful project management in everything we do.
